Even if he didn’t, controlling the presidency and the supreme court likely lets him bypass congress with a little bit of finagling.
I guess this is when we find out if the second amendment has any nuts.

They blocked him on procedual grounds if I remembered correctly, not that ending daca was unconstitutional. Then somehow he just stopped caring and didnt do further executive orders. Idk why. 🤷♂️

I think his executive orders to end daca only got stopped by courts because of procedural issues or something. Its an executive order, a president doesnt not need congress or the courts to undo it.
If you are a daca receipient that have not gotten legal status, you better hide you if don’t want to get kicked out.
If he ever touches the IRS and gets his way everything else will go down on its own.
