TNG season 1 is a good start its rough around the edges and if it starts to look like the movie “Coming to America” go ahead and skip that episode. Just watch knowing it’s going to get better like Park and Rec but it sets up a lot of storylines that will pay off later and some classic episodes that people forget are season 1 like “Datalore”.

The problem is you think of them as one group when there are two white supremacists / religious zealots, and capitalist. The capitalist use the first group to get power to get capital and keep capital for themselves. They want cheap labor while the first group just wants more white babies and less anything else. The second group justs wants cheap labor and zero regulations and they can get cheap labor overseas if there are no regulations so they don’t care about mass deportations.

The only way to do it is run a populist campaign in one of the parties lying the whole way through then switching to an independent party that actually cares about the people and have enough numbers to get a coalition in both houses of congress. Doing all this all together without talking to each other or giving yourself away.

Yeah I was taught coping skills back in the 90s. It hasn’t affected me that much. I hold down a good job and communicate just fine with everyone I need to. Mainly when I read, stuff moves around and I can’t read phonetically i learned to read by memorizing how words look as a whole. so I sometimes get words that sounds the same mixed up and my spelling is garbage. So whatever my keyboard gives me is what I go with. Thanks for the empathy and compassion.

This is not a story of the algorithm predicting what you like. It’s showing if you expose a human to the same content over and over again. It can change their way of thinking in order to like the thing they are exposed to. Even more so if they don’t know how it works and the person think everyone is into slime. I need to be into it too to fit in. It’s very powerful if you want to manipulate populous. It’s algorithm induced Stockholm Syndrome.
