Same as it Ever was
Same as it Ever was
Things that take place over too long a period of time. Like heart disease, injustice, climate change, diabetes, addiction etc. We’re evolved to prioritise short term pleasure over long term benefits, hence that cigarette, drink, line, burger is so difficult to say no to.
Sounds like you have the thought stuck in your head, it can help to complete a thought record (I would recommend this 7 column one from get.gg https://www.get.gg/free-downloads-alphabetical-list-of-cbt-worksheets-information-sheets-n-to-z/ ). Doing something like this a few times can weaken the thought by addressing the emotion behind it and the lack of evidence for this on an ongoing basis. If the emotion is shame or guilt say, by finding evidence of times where you were very competent and confident can weaken those feelings by showing this as a one off.
Yeah took me forever to find mine, about 20 pages. Worth it for the nostalgia hit though. GSM arrange by age though so if you can guess when you got it that might narrow it down for you.
A Samsung F400,it was a slider that slid up to reveal the number pad and down to reveal a speaker. Was great for music, don’t remember much more about it. Moved on to the Blackberry Bold after that as far as I remember.

Oy. Jewish slang for non Jewish I think. (Not spelling the whole thing as I don’t want to risk mod ire)
As an addiction therapist, I think it would be a long time. As a nurse, about 6 hours before the number would start rising awfully quick.
Selfishness within reason is good.
Saw them a few months ago, absolutely amazing! Fantastic show
It’s the thought that counts

For me it’s is:
Came here for Max Payne, awesome OST
Karen maybe? Unless there’s a famous Lauritzen…
It’s a mood that adds mouselook. I don’t know about steam deck but it’s literally 3 downloads (gzDoom, Brutal Doom and Extermination Day) and a whole new campaign with new weapons. Really excellent.
Kremlinology tripped me up way more than it should have.
Excellent game. Such an improvement on a classic.
Is there an actual history of this sort of thing or is it only from Inglorious Basterds?
