Peter Navarro was convicted in September for refusing to comply with an inquiry into the Capitol riot.

Peter Navarro, a former senior trade adviser to Donald Trump, has been sentenced to four months in prison for contempt of Congress.

Navarro was convicted in September after he ignored a subpoena from a House committee investigating alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

      I believe he is still under subpoena and could be forced to testify. I could be mistaken, but I believe that just because you’re found in, or convicted of contempt, that relieves a person of the need to still comply with the subpoena. (Or if a new subpoena is issued perhaps.)
