Maybe unpopular opinion but I thought it was really over hyped when it rolled up to AZ. Lines around the block for months for what turned out to be a pretty ok burger and meh fries at the end of the day. It wasn’t bad but people willing to wait in line for over an hour have just lost their whole minds lol
My wife is Californian and I am not. I think in n out is a perfectly good burger at a very reasonable price but the line is so long that I never want to go there but still go far too often because my wife is obsessed
Sometimes I get off of work at 12:30am on Wednesdays and I have just enough time to get into the drive thru before they close at 1am. I love it, but yeah the line is way too long normally, so I only go late at night.
In and Out burger is the only thing I miss for LA… Well that and the weather.

I think it’s phenomenal for what it is. Burgers and fries at an affordable price.
