Mods over there loved to take down good posts and then immediately repost them for maximum karma. They’d just make up reasons to steal shit, while you’re just out there trying to interact with a community you were passionate about.

The underlying idea was fine, but I’m just not convinced there’s any way to implement it that doesn’t encourage low-effort shitposts. No need for karma bots when there’s no karma.
