Name changes for Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo/Stake Sauber and AlphaTauri compared to the 2023 season.
Aston Martin drops Cognizant from the team name, Sauber has a completely new team and chassis name, AlphaTauri adds “RB” to the team name and has a new chassis name.
So no Racing Bulls then? Good, that’s an awful name and would make things confusing and annoying
Let’s not overlook how stupid Kick Sauber is.
I foresee so many wordplay opportunities… but hey, let’s not kick them in advance yet
It feels like something commentary will go out of their way to avoid because it sounds so awkward.
The word soup names revert back to more common names like Aston Martin, so I think we’re likely to hear “Sauber” without the other nonsense most of the time. I hope anyways.
Sam Collins will definitely still call them Sauber. Now and forever 😂
I’m not 100% sure yet that AT might pull a stunt and call themselves something stupid while officially competing as “Alpha Tauri RB”.
