    Law school doesn’t look at thesis tho

    Just GPA and test score.

    Shouldn’t his undergrad have caught this?

      That’s the point. He should never have graduated.

      Also, people who do this, tend to continue doing this. So all of his law school coursework is now suspect, as well.

        He probably earned his JD as there is very rarely any graded homework in law school. Exams constitute practically all of your grades. Plagiarism should have kept him out, but he likely survived on his own.
