Probably not abolishing the thing that was literally there to stop this from happening. In fairness maybe this thing didn’t work, but surely some oversight would reduce ridiculous things like this from happening.

Probably not abolishing the thing that was literally there to stop this from happening.
In fairness maybe this thing didn’t work, but surely some oversight would reduce ridiculous things like this from happening.
