For the curious ones the machine is a 2001 IBM Thinkpad T22 with 20Gb of HDD, 256 Mb of RAM and an Intel Pentium 3 @ 900MHz.

As soon as the base install is done I will see how to make my good Debian machine compile the packages for the IBM. Besides, I have time.
