I appreciate that the sub is more for physical tabletop gaming, but I wondered if posts about the game Tabletop Simulator are welcome?

I’ve used it for several years to test and tinker with game ideas and have put out a few games, battle maps, and general utilities over the years.

Anyone else here using it for their tabletop gaming needs?

I’d hope so. Unlike digital implementations, TTS is literally just the same board game, but on a digital space. Scripting etc can help, but it’s still the same at the end of the day. I don’t count digital apps in my board game tracking app, but I do count plays on TTS, as they really are just the same thing, different place

It’s the only way I can get my partner to play board games with me, which is really disappointing because I absolutely love the tactility of game pieces. It saves the trouble of cleaning off a play area and setting up and breaking down the games but that never really bothered me.
