    The Tea Party movement really started this. It was like uneducated voters got together and went ā€œHereā€™s a candy-date that doesnā€™t know nothing! Theyā€™re just like me! VOTED!ā€

      They didnā€™t start it at all, they just modernized it. Reagan was clearly not bright and yet kept getting higher and higher into office.
