I mean, I’ve been watching the new one for 3 years now, they have a building, and it’s mostly open, but they still can’t get the range functional.
I don’t know if it’s bad management, poor funding, or a lack of permitting or whatnot, but if they can’t pull it off with an actual operational business, it doesn’t give me much hope. :(
We’ll they’re trying to run a business and make a profit. You make a club and it’s a one time buyin for being able to co-own a piece of land. No one is profiting and so you don’t need to deal with all the red tape that comes with that.
