    I had been feeling fatigued for a while now and some days ago I remembered I didn’t take vitamin B supplements for a while now. I eat plant based and usually I get enough out of my food but it doesn’t hurt to take some in a while.

    Anyway I have been taking them for a few days now and I honestly feel better lol. Check your vitamins these dark days y’all.
