Why does the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada refuse to get a security clearance to see classified documents. He is the first to scream about being left out, but this is entirely up to him. I suspect there is something that would prevent him from getting a security clearance and he does not want us to know. He should already have a security clearance working in government. Not being able to get one or not being willing to get one should disqualify you from office.
