WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has ordered the USS Georgia nuclear submarine to be deployed to the Middle East and the deployment of the Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier to the region to be accelerated, the Pentagon said on Sunday following Austin’s conversation with Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

“Secretary Austin has ordered the USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN Carrier Strike Group, equipped with F-35C fighters, to accelerate its transit to the Central Command area of responsibility, adding to the capabilities already provided by the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT Carrier Strike Group. Additionally, the Secretary has ordered the USS Georgia (SSGN 729) guided missile submarine to the Central Command region,” the Pentagon said.

If it comes down to nukes, I hope those responsible for MAD on the side of humanity against imperialism, do not fail their duties.

Wipe the imperialists off the face of the map, if they dare use WMDs again. Ensure that not even insects can survive in the possible former Anglosphere and western Europe for years if not centuries. Use all the powers of modern science to ensure that whatever humanity rises from the ashes, if that even happens, will have little to no continuity with the present system, with the imperial cores. This is what MAD means, it means that the destruction and genocide the west always wishes upon the rest of the world will come back to haunt them in turn if they dare bring it about, and it will end them.

The only thing worse than the human species coming to an end, would be the triumph of the genocidal maniacs whose actions- not that of the global south’s, which have only ever been in deterrence as self-defense- have threatened, and seek to bring about such a disastrous end. If life ends for the Palestinian people, if life ends for the Arabs, if it ends for the Chinese, Russians, any non-white, non-western people- then it shall and it must end for the perpetrators in their entirety as well.

Ultimately, yeah. People cry about “doooom” and everything else, but I don’t even think about it. When I sit down and think about it; this is pretty much what I’d want too. I still doubt nukes will ever happen (optimistic, I know) but if they do; make the country that invented them regret it.

I have some hope that nukes won’t happen, at least not in the “nuclear annihilation” levels of exchange that are hypothesized. But it all boils down to- can the western societies, which have resisted and avoided human decency for 500 years, choose win-win cooperation and prosperity? Can they choose reform, to move towards an actual humane system, to have all those they see as “natural slaves/untersmench” rise up and not only liberate themselves, but build themselves to their full potential, one that eclipses the west?

I don’t have much optimism in that, admittedly. So barring that the hope comes down to- will the masses, particularly those in the military/etc who will be the grunts actually moving the cogs of war and nuclear annihilation should the western regimes choose to pursue it- actively and knowingly participate in the final steps of assuring their own destruction? Will they carry out their “dear ‘democratically elected’ leaders’” orders, even if it means the end of society and of most of those they know and love?

Even then I can’t claim to be entirely optimistic, but there’s reason for some considerable hope there. If western society fails even down to such an extent, if they reject human decency and equality to such an extent however, then by all means, we will have deserved our own complete and utter destruction, and that’s the regrettable truth.
