    Bot owner here. I run the bot. We needed new content daily /half daily for people to view. We have a lot of active users who are probably just doom scrolling and looking at memes. Without the bot posting content we wouldn’t have new content for half a week.

    I agree with one of your comments regarding quality of content, as it uses the danbooru RSS feed and I tried to select some tags that would allow for good content.

    I am happy to remove the bot posting to /c/animepics if the community no longer wants it.

    Edit: it shouldn’t have been posting every hour… So I’ve paused posting to anime pics for the time being. You better make some quality content in the meantime

      Bring the anime bot back to life. I was wrong; the community is too small, and no one wants to post. By the way, thanks for your work. And one more thing: after the database corruption, the pinned post with rules is gone.

        I’ll make it post daily rather than hourly? Also do you have any good ideas for feeds? I was using danbooru, but it wasn’t the high quality content you were posting.

          Sorry, I don’t. Honestly, I am using sites that don’t even provide a source.
