Is this related to claim that Raisi was doing mass executions political prisoners in 1988?

I can’t comment on that because a) i have nowhere near sufficient knowledge on Iran to answer your question, and b) i have no idea what that comment was made in response to, but i am sure it was something extremely stupid and false because this is Piers Morgan.
