RepresentativeĀ Marjorie Taylor Greenewas booed on the House floor Wednesday afternoon byĀ RepublicansĀ andĀ DemocratsĀ after bringing forward her motion to remove House SpeakerĀ Mike Johnson.
TheĀ RepublicanĀ Georgia congresswoman has put pressure on Johnson in recent weeks, although many lawmakers in her own party haveĀ dismissedĀ her efforts to vacate the speakerās chair.
It is unclear which House members booed Greeneās motion on Wednesday, although Georgia congresswoman shot back at the heckling, saying, āThis is the uniparty, for the American people watching.ā

Make no mistake: Republicans are doing this because they can see their polls are waning. They havenāt learned shit. They are still moving forward with Project 2025 and are taking steps to make sure that Trump āwinsā in November.
Their majority is waning and they know if they lose more members, the Democrats will have a majority going into the election.
If they had balls, theyād out the speaker. But they know that in order to keep their power, they need to be pragmatic.
Greene does not have that trait.
