It’s a government registered website, but it isn’t government controlled. It’s controlled by Republicans who don’t know how to tell the truth if their lives depended on it.

        Just more US politics fuckery

Didn’t know it was possible for .gov websites to be operated by non-governmental entity. Weird.

That being said, what’s everyones issue with my comments? Even worse, with me moderating c/serbia and c/cooperatives?

Edit: Could it be because I’m Serbian or something? A while back a guy on Reddit thought I was a Russian troll because it was, according to him, given that I would support Russia because I’m Serbian. Could be the same racist shit I guess.

The website is owned and controlled by the HoR and the HoR is controlled by Republicans. The problem isn’t necesarily the facts listed in the report. The problem is the tone and language used to relay it. It is telling us how to feel about the facts instead of letting us decide how we feel. You can see this in the fact that the report is called “Startling Stats”. They set the feeling for the report before you even open it. It makes me question how the facts are spun to support their narrative. If it were a social media post it would be clickbait.

Well that’s interesting. Can you link a credible source for us?

I know that the Republicans axed and modified a lot of the documentation/posts/media for all sorts of departments, such as the EPA. They removed any mention of climate change/global warming, etc.
