You can check local locksmiths. Some might be willing to sell cheap junk locks that are still good for picking. Or buy a core that can be repinned.

No where did I say we shouldn’t be working towards better. That’s always the case. We will probably never eliminate murder either. That doesn’t mean I think murder should be legal, or that we shouldn’t try to prevent it.
Laws have to reflect reality though and not an ideal that can either never be achieved, or is very unlikely to be achieved. And that means women need access to safe legal abortions right now. In your ideal future, if it were to happen that we were able to completely eliminate the need for them by advances in medicine then you could look at changing the law if needed.
Considering S and A are pure fantasy, that leaves safe legal abortions or unsafe illegal ones. Even if you created a pill that would make you 100% infertal for life with an anti pill that reversed it when you wanted kids and forced it on everyone at puberty you’d still have people that want to have the child but can’t due to complications and be back at safe legal or fuck off and die illegal.
Ok, xbox is confusing with the one, one x, series x. Etc But PS is PS5 and ps5pro. And I guess whether you want a disc drive.
PS has kept their naming consistent enough that it’s not hard to figure out. Ps4 and ps5 are obviously different gens, one x series x doesn’t inform you in any way what’s better.
If you think the ps5 game selection is bad wait till you see what xbox doesn’t have. And everything exclusive to xbox is on PC. Sony has been absolutely mopping the floor with xbox this gen, which is probably why they think people will spend $700 in the pro.
And how’s your internet? Because I’ve never thought the videos on the store were bad enough to complain about. Might not be 4k but its never been blurry for me.
Oh bullshit. I bought my son a rifle when he was a minor. You know where “his” rifle was when we weren’t actually using it? Locked up in my fucking gun safe.
I agree. I don’t want strangers in my room. Ever. The do not disturb goes on as soon as I enter and doesn’t come off. That being said, I’m usually like 3 nights max and try to leave the room in good shape.
Jail time…
…and fines?
Probably wouldn’t have a problem calling Michael Mike. Would they have a problem calling someone by their birth name if it didn’t follow traditional gender norms? (I knew a girl named Michael)
You’re not going to believe this … I was in a helicopter with both Harris and Trump, and it was going down,…
You can’t actually believe we are worse off now than 100 years ago. Yes, some things are going backwards, like roe due to Republicans. That’s from 1973, so Republicans have brought us back 50 years.
The sub min definitely needs to go. But my state is double the fed min and requires state min for wait staff. Min still isn’t a living wage, and tips are still needed.
Hey, the government has to run somehow and since the 1% aren’t paying their fair share it falls on us poors.
I still have a Slashdot account from 2009. Haven’t been on there much in years though. Google would probably be my oldest actively used account as I still use the one I set up with the initital invite.
Tips are more like a gift than income. I’m fine not taxing tips, but also getting rid of sub minimum wage for tipped workers. Pay min, at least and tax that. Tips are extra and shouldn’t be taxed.
Same. But mark read has been broken for a while and at $20+ for no ads or ultra dev really needs to be on top of these updates to justify the price. My ultra expired a few weeks ago, but I’m not paying again unless he stops treating this like reddit. Reddit was pretty stable so didn’t mind the long gaps with no updates. But at 5x the cost …update
Because the options are baby steps forward, or giant steps backwards.
I’m not in Texas, but on a similar plan. Initially it got me a free ecobee thermostat, now I get I think a yearly credit. It’s not much, but in the 3+ years I’ve had it I think I’ve noticed them adjusting it twice. Certainly not 9 times a day. And I don’t think they shut off heat/ac just adjust the temp a few degrees.
