Title is abbreviated to be less sensationalist. Seems like a good editorial choice in this case.
In rule 4 we specify that it won’t get deleted unless it misrepresents the article, which it doesn’t in this case. The bot is just there to try to get people to double check that they didn’t misrepresent the article.
